1Acceptance of Terms

One Account Per Person

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Accuracy

You are required to ensure that all information held on your vz7777 account remains accurate and current. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account promptly. vz7777 accepts no liability for failed withdrawals or missed communications caused by outdated account information.

4Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vz7777 operates mandatory KYC procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal from your vz7777 account can be processed.

Documents Required

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

5Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the vz7777 cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions. vz7777 may apply enhanced limits to high-value accounts following successful KYC verification.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard processing time is within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day. vz7777 charges no platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a vz7777 transaction without first contacting vz7777 support is a material breach of these Terms. vz7777 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, offset the disputed amount from any remaining balance, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on vz7777 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform.

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient cleared balance is available in your vz7777 wallet at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by vz7777, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered for that market.
• vz7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to contain a pricing error, technical error, or corrupted data feed.

7Casino & Slots Rules

10Account Suspension & Closure

vz7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Compliance with applicable law or a regulatory order.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach, vz7777 will conduct an investigation before determining whether any remaining real-money balance is returnable. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not returnable in cases of confirmed Terms breach.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players wishing to close their vz7777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the vz7777 support team via live chat. Any remaining PKR balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following successful KYC, provided the balance has been generated through legitimate play and no suspicious activity flags are active.

11Intellectual Property

12Limitation of Liability

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with the vz7777 support team within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings.
